Tuition is due upon registration, but as a courtesy is open until second week of class. Thus tuition payment must be received by the tuition payment deadline or else you may receive late fees and be dropped from class!
Online at http://fees.fsu.edu, we accept FSUCards, Visa, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, debit cards, and electronic checks. In addition to your payment, a $5.00 online fee will be added to all transactions. If you have difficulty accessing this service you may wish to contact the FSU Technology Services Help Desk, 850-644-HELP(4357).
Though our system is capable of processing more transactions per minute than the highest anticipated customer demand, you may encounter difficulty in completing your transaction during high volume times. We do ensure that our payment system is available for extended hours during the busiest times of each semester. Our system is unavailable each night for an hour or two for night-time processing and some businesses may restrict access to payment websites through company firewalls. For these reasons, we do not recommend that you wait until the tuition payment deadline to attempt to make your payment. We have other payment options available.
Our secure payment drop box is located outside our office at A1500 University Center. It is available for check payments 24 hours a day, 365 days a year including holidays and weekends. All payments will be receipted by the next business day. Please make the check payable to Florida State University and include your FSUSN, name, address and telephone number on your check. Checks must be made out correctly to be considered on time.
Our friendly cashiers are available at A1500 University Center, Student Financial Services from 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Cashiers may accept payments by FSUCard, cash, personal checks, money orders and cashiers checks. Credit card payments are only accepted online.
